He's very reasonable. I wouldn't use him for painting though. He's not a good painter. He's a sweet guy but I wouldn't use him for painting but for tiles he's excellent. We had our deck tiles done outside. We had leaks so we had to rip it up and redo it with the rubber rod and all that so its water proof. A friend of mine was selling her house and the buyer insisted on a new shower pan so I sent him over there and he did excellent work there too. They were very happy with his price, promptness and the work. I think it was $4000 for him to rip up the tiles and replace it as we have a big deck which was inclusive of materials and labor. I had quotes for $20000 for that deck. He did the water proofing and all that. This guy was so far under the other prices I got. He is very honest and Christian. He would never cheat anybody. He does fair work for a fair price. His price is very competitive. The quality of work was very good. He was always here at 7:30 am till 8 o'clock at night and he had kids at home and I felt badly for him but he worked for two weeks on this deck so that was a lot of work for little money I thought. He was very nice, very professional and very respectful. I would recommend him. I got him from a local newspaper.

Excellent. Adrian/Miguel arrived on time the day of service. Were very clean and professional. Completed the work on time and left with not much mess.
I had originally priced someone nearby to hang the tile (but they didn't do drywall). After talking to Adrian, he was willing to do it all for basically the same cost as the original quote and the tile looks awesome.
Have already discussed him hanging more tile when I re-do another bathroom in the future, so i'll definitely be using again.

Adrian and Miguel, were very professional. They did the tearout and rebuild of the tiles in the bathroom. They were very affordable for great quality. The job was done in less than two weeks.
I supplied the tiles they rest of the materials they provided. They even sealed the tiles and did the waterproofing coating on the Durock for the shower walls. I would definitely recommend.

We really liked him. He was very reasonable. We think it was $2 a square foot. We went with him because of his website. He did extra work that we didn't even ask him to do, but he did it because it needed to be done. He was a full service from laying the tile to putting on the quarter-round. We will only use him again in the future.
