ACTION PEST EXTERMINATING CO

The technicians that come out to your house are very sweet, that is about all you can say that is good about this company. When I signed the contract with Action. I was told if I had a problem, to just call and they would send someone out. I called the company and asked if they could send someone out, as I had a problem in my yard. (Action is 2.6 miles from my home) She asked me to send her pictures. I emailed her pictures. Her response was it was a lawn problem and I needed to contact a yard maintenance company. Well I found out it was grub worms. Action is supposed to take care of 20 feet from the house. Grub worms are scarab beetle larvae. To my knowledge beetles are bugs. The infestation is right outside both my front and back doors. I returned a email to her asking if they had anything to handle grub worms. I got no response. I don't know exactly how much contract is left with this company but they can have it!

We had small ants in our home coming from EVERYWHERE. Action Pest came out very promptly and took care of the issue. They were extremely nice and professional and we will certainly call them again for any pest control needs!

We found a bat that was living in the soffit vent of our house.  Called Action up and they sent someone out to set up a one way net to let bats out but not back in.  They came back to check after a week then fixed the small crack being used to enter/exit.  Excellent service and would use again for this type service if needed.

Everything went very well, he sprayed Alpine WSG and put Sevin granular down around the whole house. When needed we will be calling them again.

Action Pest did an awesome job. Called at 930 AM and had a guy out by noon. Really knew his stuff and had me an estimate within a day. Within a week, I had Oley (co-owner) come out and and do the job. Their whole team is very knowledgable and professional. Could not ask for better service. Thank you Action Pest!!

This company was able to send someone out next day to spray my yard for mosquitos. The person did a great job and made sure he covered the entire area. He was also polite and respectful. The spray lasted about 3 1/2 weeks, which is normal and it was very effective. I was very pleased.

I have used Action Pest for many years to protect my home from termites. Most recently, I have begun to use their mosquito service. They treatment is fast and effective. They were here for 30 minutes or so (.75 acre lot) and since they left the mosquito problem is gone. Professional and their costs are very reasonable for their services.

I would recommend them. They do a good job and their prices are pretty reasonable.

We have our annual termite with them. We've been using them for 10 years and we keep renewing every year.

They were really good. They were very nice to deal with and to get scheduled with. It took about a month to get set up, because of bad weather, but they were in constant contact with us. They came and did a good job and it was a very positive experience for us.

They did an excellent job. We haven't had any trouble since, and I now have them come out on a regular basis.

They are outstanding.  I've been using them for 16 years.  They service two homes for me.  The charge for one is $150 a year, and for the other it’s $100 a year.  I deal with the owners.  They are very personable and knowledgeable people.  They know their business.  I have had many conversations with them about different issues.  They are very eager to work with us on different issues.  They give us insights on how to control certain pest problems.  I think very highly of them, and I am a tough customer.

They have always been wonderful. He will come whenever I call. He will always go above and beyond to make sure that the problem is fixed. He is so polite, kind and personable.

They are an outstanding company. While they were doing their termite inspection, I had them treat the perimeter of the house to keep the ants out. That worked out very well. I have an annual contract with them - nothing out of the ordinary there. The price is pretty reasonable, and that?s because I?ve had them for 16 years and they?ve never raised the price. From their viewpoint, that?s my annual price. That?s just incredible. It?s a family-owned company. I think I know everybody there. I have very little contact though. When they come out, it is usually the same person. Their helpers are well dressed and professional. I just think the world of them. They?re not trying to take over the world -they?re happy and their customers are happy. Life is good. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I used this company because my neighbor recommended them. I have used them for two years and I will continue to use them because of their reputation and results. I like that they are local. When they say they will be to your house, they will be there. Also, I like that if is see any pests, they will come to treat them for free.

Carroll and his brother Olny, the owners, take a personal interest in their customers' satisfaction. I have been a customer for nearly thirteen years at another house and have always received prompt, courteous and professional service. I found the dreaded winged termites (swarm) in the kitchen and called Action. They arrived for an inspection within two hours and scheduled the work for the following morning. They arrived on time in a clean, well equipped truck wearing appropriate uniforms. The process took most of the day and they were careful to patch the drill holes very, very cleanly because they know my standards. These are not only great guys to deal with but they really know their business. Their pricing was very competitive and I'm not paying for TV advertising, fancy brochures or a huge bug on top of the truck!

The inspector was very professional and kind. He did a great job and gave us an overview of local bugs we might see in the area since we are new to this location. Although, he did leave some fluid marks on the window sills that will wipe away. We would have appreciated a warning about those since it was a surprise to find them after he left. Overall the service was wonderful and we have not been bothered by any pests since.

The total experience was great. The technician, Rob Hicks, came as scheduled and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough job and did not seem to cut any corners.
