We were referred to Chris at Ace by a trusted building expert to provide an estimate to replace the hardwood flooring in our home. At first, we were interested in either sanding and re-staining our current floors to save money or replacing the hardwood flooring all together. Chris came out & completed the assessment and provided some options to resolve our floor dilemma. We were thrilled with the solution Chris provided to replace the flooring with a lower cost option than some competitors. Since Chris speaks with an accent, it was sometimes hard for me to understand him verbally but through electronic communications it worked well.
The installation went well over the course of 3-4 days, the guys moved all the furniture, completely covered the kitchen area, pantry and wall pictures to prevent dust and dirt from covering those areas and moved everything back. In the end, the new floor is beautiful well done and affordable.

Based on that experience, I wanted him to install some new hardwood flooring in another house and also do some repair/replace on portions of existing hardwood floors and then refinish.
After months of calling him and missed promises I just gave up. He would promise to come out but wouldn't show up or call.
