+ -1 moreAccurate sent a crew out the next morning and they replaced a defective pipe boot. It has been a while since Accurate installed a new roof on our house and the warranty had expired. Accurate fixed the leak at no charge and they were particularly prompt getting to the job given that heavy rains were forecast for that week. I was so pleased and would strongly recommend Accurate for any roofing needs. They are very skilled, professional, and provide excellent customer service.
Description of Work: We had a apparent leak in our roof that was visible in the upstairs ceiling. I called Accurate Construction to come out and see what was going on.

Description of Work: Brian and the work crew for Accurate have been great! The workers started the exterior siding and wood repair work ahead of schedule, were at my house from 8 am to 6/6:30 every day. Their work has has been fantastic, complete, and clean. VERY GLAD we found them.

+ -1 moreTwo best parts about our transaction were.. 1. The company was able to work with insurance adjuster to have the new roof covered under our policy. This was significant because several other roofing companies were not able to. 2. The company owner addressed a couple of minor issues we wanted fixed upon completion of the job. He was professional and responded quickly.
