It took a week for the service to be performed. It took four calendar days for the laptop to be evaluated. Sine the software in the computer signaled the error, I thought the evaluation would be done quickly. However, despite the fact that I told the intake person that the laptop had diagnosed the problem, the laptop was "put in line" for evaluation, which delayed the eventual repair- which probably took an hour once the required part was obtained. I used this company because it is advertised as an IBM qualified service center, and there are few computer repair facilities available, other than the big box chains. I did not do any comparison shopping about this repair.

They fixed the problem.  Their price was a little bit high, but their service was good.

Called for an estimate to fix Dell Computer with Windows XP with hard drive problems. Was given estimate of $50.00 to look at computer and if it could be fixed, would cost no more than $120.00 to reload hard drive back to Dell original specs. After the initial assessment was done, I was told that the hard drive was bad and that I would need a new hard drive. The cost for the new hard drive and installation would be $319.00 Since this was a 5 year old computer which could also have motherboard problems, I chose not to fix this computer and buy a new one for a similar price. (I was able to buy a new computer with Windows 7 @ Office Depot for $329.00) I paid the $50.00 for the service estimate (I brought my computer in to them) and took my old computer home. The people at this company were very nice and helpful. If you have a Dell computer that needs repair, I would recommend them. They are factory authorized repair technicians for Dell and back up their work. It is a shame that it cost so much to repair my old computer, otherwise I would have let them do itl

They are very professional and they know what they're doing. I took my computer to them, instead of them coming to me.

Great experience from the moment I walked into the door to when I picked up my computer.

Our laptop hard drive was malfunctioning. Took the computer to Access for an estimate and repair. They were able to install a used 20G hard drive and reinstall the software we had on the computer, as well as general tune up.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SET UP A NETWORK WITH MULTIPLE PIECES OF HARDWARE. I DID GET THE MAC AND TOSHIBA TO WORK AS A NETWORK BUT AM HAVING TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT TO GET THE ME WORKING. THIS COMPANY DID NOT CARE ABOUT SEEING THE PROJECT THROUGH TO COMPLETION AND NEVER CALLED ME TO SEE IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
