The apartments are great there. The good thing about the Abbington apartments is that they are single story. And they came with attached garages which was the best part. It was almost like living at a house. The only thing is that each building had 3 apartments; it was a single structure. Generally speaking, the middle apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with one attached garage. The one on the side had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths had 2 car garages attached. It was excellent for someone who wants to live on one story and the convenience of an attached garage. The property manager was very responsive and the maintenance was good. The people who rented there seemed to be nicer. A lot of them were college students. I didn't have problems with my neighbors. So in general, I had a great time living there and would have continued had I not decided on buying a home.
