It went very well. They were very efficient, timely, and good. I would recommend them.

The crew was on site within 24 hours of the estimate and they worked quickly, but carefully to remove the trees. They took special care to remove the tree which was on the house in order to ensure no damage was done to our home. They cleaned up the area, leaving no trace that they had been there. I was a bit nervous about this as they had to use a bucket truck to get to one of the trees and had to pull the truck into our yard to do it. They used mats to ensure the truck didn't damage our lawn. They were able to finish the job in less time than originally estimated and actually reduced the price accordingly to reflect the actual effort. I will definitely use them again if I have a need.

AAA never showed for appointment. After arranging my schedule around this appointment I called 30+ minutes after the appointment time. It was obvious the the appointment had been forgotten. The gentleman did apologize and admitted missing the appointment was "unprofessional." He offered to reschedule, but when I asked if it could be done today since we had already scheduled an appointment he said it could not. I informed him at that point we would take our business elsewhere.

The review went very well, however I have not received a proposal to remove tree. I was told I would get an estimate on 9/1/15. I left two messages (9/2 and 9/3). I have not received an proposal or a return call.

They called me back almost immediately and removed a dead tree from my front yard. They were extremely responsive and prompt. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. Patrick was a delight to work with and I had a very good experience.

AAA arrived at the set time. Got right to work. Everyone seemed to have their own job to do and not a minute was wasted. They cleaned up the yard until not a sign of their work was left behind. I would have no reservations about recommending AAA to anyone. We are super pleased. This all in 96 degree weather !

We received several quotes for the tree trimming and removal services. AAA was not the lowest but middle of the pack. Our river birch trees that line the side of our house would require someone to be on the roof and very close to the house, etc. Therefore it was really important to us to feel comfortable with the professionalism of the company we chose even if it meant spending a little more. I gave 'Price' a B for this fact, competitive but not rock bottom. The tree removal went smoothly, we were very satisfied. The tree trimming looked great when they were finished. However; several days later our river birch trees began to seep this awful color sap all over, draining in to the yard and creating gnats/mosquitoes to fester. We googled this reaction and found that the spring is not a good time to trim river birch trees and they are very sensitive to moisture. This reaction lasted several weeks which was frustrating and an eyesore in our yard. We called Triple AAA and shared this with them. They had no idea. In my opinion, they are the tree experts and should have known or at least researched this themselves. Hence the score 'B' for Quality. I would recommend Triple AAA for standard tree removal/trimming but would not recommend for a tree that might require special care.

They underestimated the amount of work in their estimate. The reality of the work extended the amount of hours required and the amount of people needed. They honored the estimate and even lowered the amount. Apparently this is something that does not happen to them often but in the end we were all agreed and I was happy with the results.

When I initially communicated with Michael Cannady, the project manager, we agreed upon the removal of the two trees, mulch, and firewood length wood to be left. I arrived at my home at the agreed upon time only to find that after an hour, still no crew. I received a text message about an hour later, after I had returned to work, from Michael explaining that his crew was delayed. When I returned home, I found the trees cut down and no firewood. I immediately called Michael and told him. He said,"My mistake. I'll bring you some wood." It never happened! I might add that he refused to honor the $100 off coupon listed in the monthly magazine citing a 'winter slowdown' as an excuse.

I was a little concerned initially because he called me the morning of the appointment to see if he could come a few hours later. He had a person conflict come up at the last minute. But, we are all human and as it turned out, the alternative time worked out ok. We had 2 trees in the front yard we knew for sure needed tending to and then we had Michael check out the backyard to determine if any other trees needed help. He made some recommendations and gave us a verbal estimate. On the 12th or 13th, I got a call from Michael saying he forgot to do a drawing of the work that needed to be done and could he come by that night after work to do that? He said needed to submit it before we could get anything scheduled. I said that would be ok. I never saw or heard from him again. I did not elect to call him back as I was left with the impression that my business was just not that important to him. It also seemed strange that he would forget something that was apparently so important. As it turned out, he missed a tree with a rotten stump. That tree ended up falling down February 3rd. Fortunately, we had already moved on and were able to get assistance from another company. I think AAA Tree experts would have done a decent job but I don't understand why the ball was dropped. Again, it all seemed to work out in the end. The fact that he missed the tree with the rotten stump that fell ~3 weeks later was, in retrospect, a concerning disappointment.

They did an incomplete assessment of the project. We two additional estimates that found additional dead trees that were missed by this company. I wanted them to come out and perform another estimate because they did an incomplete assessment. They came back out, found an additional tree and the estimate was changed, but they missed the last dead tree, so it was still an incomplete assessment. There is nothing that this company can do to remedy the situation or change my opinion on the matter.

The experience with them was excellent. Their price was reasonable, although I did not do a lot of comparison pricing.

I had a few trees that needed pruning. One tree we were not sure if it was going to make it. AAA advised us that it had a 60/40 chance.. they would come and clean it up, put some spikes in and trim the other trees. Well, they were a week+ late on their schedule.. they called when they were an hour away and coming to my house. They trimmed my two trees I needed, took a look at my sick one and said it was dead now. (did not do anything with it) Then they charged my for the original quote of (3) trees, but only did two. I said $650 for (2) trees? It should at least cut it down, but did not. Took the check from wife and I had to make the call. Never got a refund or credit for services, no call back. After I used them, I now heard other issues about their pricing schemes I guess you could call them. The trim was okay... I would say for what I was charged, I probably could have trimmed it the same. I will use someone else in the future.

They were here all day and we got a lot of work for the price- they were the most reasonably priced of all we asked. Not a perfect job, but a very good job, and we were happy with the work. When we questioned them about a tree, they were willing to go back and take care of things. Will use them again.

They were on time. They did everything really quickly. They just came in, did the job, worked quickly, and cleaned it up. I would recommend them to people and I would say that they do a good job in a fair price. I would give A's across the board.

A large pine tree fell during a storm Friday night. It was on part of my house, my car and completely blocking my driveway as well as my neighbors. Part of the tree was dangling by a few strands so this was a dangerous situation and an emergency. I called first think Saturday morning and within 30 mins of my call, one of their project managers, Shawn Gibbons, showed up to survey the job and to give me a price. Within no more than 30 minutes he had a crew of three on site to take the tree off of my car, driveway and house and then take down what remained of the tree. The team worked quickly and professionally. Shawn checked by frequently to make sure the job was going well - and it was. They were very nice, obviously good at what they do and got the job handled so quickly and thoroughly that'd you'd never know that just this morning I had a tree down in my yard. Great Job! Great Service! Highly Recommend!

I am happy with what they have done. It looks pretty good. I got a decent price from them. I called a couple of other people and one said they needed to cut them all down. They were okay. The first treatment was $250 and they came out and sprayed the trees twice. In the late fall or early winter, they are going to come out with a deep root fertilizing and that will be $300. There are 8 trees and if they can save them, it will definitely help me because I live in an HOA and if the trees come down, I will have to replace them. They were punctual and they came out when they said. A gentleman came out and took pictures of the trees and actually looked at them. He actually gave me a solid written estimate within about 20 minutes. So far it looks like it is working. They were okay.

The project manager Shawn was very responsive in coming out to give me an estimate and in getting the crew to my house as promised. The crew did a really good job of trimming and cleaning up I thought that price was definitely fair for the work performed.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious about what type of spray they used as they did not want to harm to squirrels or birds in the tree. They also made sure to ask if I had any pets that went out side to be aware of that as well in terms of what spray they used.

The estimator was a bit late for his early morning appointment, but called enroute to advise he was delayed by rush hour traffic. He took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us a detailed quote with drawings. Half the trees were in the back yard with no easy access, which meant the crews would need to take down the trees limb by limb and carry them to the front to run through the shredder. The estimator warned that some of the shrubs and plants beneath the trees might suffer some damage, even though the crews would be careful. We were pleased with the estimate compared to others we had received so contracted with them on the spot. The estimator put a splotch of orange paint on the trees to be cut. They called back within a couple of days as agreed to confirm the date they could schedule us. The crew of 8-10 men showed up on time, reviewed with us the work to be done, and got right to work and continued to work steadily throughout the day. There had been heavy rains the day before, and we were concerned that heavy foot traffic from back yard to front carrying out the limbs/logs would damage grass, but there was little evidence of trampling. As warned, there was some minor damage to some shrubs and perennials, but nothing serious. In the front yard, there was enough space to fell a couple of the trees. The crew suggested to my husband that he move his car just in case, which he did, but the tree fell exactly where intended, and the original parking space was not endangered. The crew cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Other than one small shallow gouge (easily filled with soil), some sawdust and the stumps, there was little indication left behind that anything had been done. We were very pleased with the work done and would use AAA again.

They worked quickly and efficiently. They located the chipper in a difficult position so the chips could be spread where we wanted them to go. The crew had to carry wet wood a fair distance to get to the chipper.
