Friendly, efficient and great quality services! I was so nerves about the entire process. Paris took the time to express the process. She answered all my questions and provided answers to questions I didn't even ask! Chris is amazing friendly, approachable and overall pleasant to work with. Paris and Chris are defiantly A1. Exceptional work at a great value. AAA City Plumping should be your service provider, I definitely am.

Had a clog at my place of business, they come out in a timely manner. However, they charged me outrageous amount to simply jet out the pipe with the clog. Had I been onsite I would have not okayed the job and would have called someone else. They charged $1650 and weren't on site for more than 2 hours. I've called around to other plumbing companies and got quotes of $3-600.

Very disappointed! Did work that was unnecessary and did not work. Then quoted me 1400 to fix the problem. Would not recommend.

I had AAA diagnose my 8 year old water heater that had suddenly stopped heating. The repairmen arrived (nearly 2 hours after their scheduled time), asked a few questions, evaluated the tank and recommended one of two courses of action. They told me they couldn't know why the tank stopped, "could be a power surge". They pushed the button to reset it; so it was now on, but they could not know for how long. First, they quoted a replacement price of $3,593.00. This is replacing a standard 50 gallon electric tank. The price was double the quote I ultimately received from a competitor. The second option was to "rebuild" the tank which meant replacing both thermostats and heating elements. They cautioned me against "spending too much on an 8-year old tank", which makes sense given their expected life. Their quote: $689.00. I told them I'd think about it and get back to them. I paid $89 for the service call (their sales pitch and a button click). Both prices were much higher than I expected so I researched a bit. I learned that this is a common issue. In short, one of the two thermostats malfunctioned, the water didn't turn off at 120 degrees, and a safety mechanism turned the tank off when it got too hot. The likely remedy: replace both thermostats. You might as well replace the heating elements while you are at it. I went to Lowes, bought two universal heating elements and thermostats and the tool to remove the elements. Total cost: $40. It took me about 2 hours to drain the tank and replace the parts. It was super-easy, though I'd never done it before. It would take a pro an hour or less. The parts would have cost them less than I paid at a retail box store. Again, their quote, $689.00. Clearly their angle is to give you an inflated price to repair, caution you against spending too much on an older unit, and hope you buy the new (over-priced one). It's a tactic that probably works enough to make it their business model. I know not everyone has the interest in learning how to diagnose and do a repair on their own. I did it out of necessity as I didn't have hundreds/thousands of dollars laying around to give to AAA. I rarely write reviews, and never negative ones, but I hope I can save my neighbors some time and money in hopes you'll find a plumber who truly wants to resolve your issue, rather than just sell you over-priced equipment. Hopefully you'll find someone who would take the same steps with you that they would a family member in the same position.

We noticed that we had a significant leak in our ceiling the other morning, so we needed immediate assistance. AAA was the only company that could come out that morning. The technician arrived and almost immediately informed me that all the piping in my house would need replacing for $14,000. I told him to only fix the leak for the time being. He proceeded to cut 3 holes in my ceiling trying to find the leak. He almost cut a 4th trying to get his tool into the ceiling to fix the pipe until I instructed him to adjust his tool slightly. He proceeded to replace the 6 inches of piping that had a hole caused by a nail. When he was done he told me the bill would be $325 for cutting the holes and $225 for service. After negotiation, he said he would drop the hole cutting fee but still wanted $275 for his service and supplies. He even was willing to let us know the “supplies” only cost $2. I told him I would pay cash and he accepted $200, which was still too much. I would not recommend this company unless you’re in a real rush. Obviously they are not too highly sought after or they would not have been able to come out so quickly.

"In further looking into your plumbing issue it has been a common problem with certain piping in homes ranging from 2005 to present the pipes that were used in your home have been failing due to a manufacturer defect and the insurance will not give assistance in replacing only repairing the affected areas thousands of homeowners are affected by this piping being in their homes and yes it is a very expensive fix to cut into the sheetrock in the walls and ceilings to reroute new pipes this is also a problem that only gets worse and usually starts on the hot side and when we educate homeowners on this issue their first conclusion is we are trying to sell something but as I stated whether it is our company or someone else eventually you will need to have this work done you can research this piping it is called dura pex and you will find multiple homeowners are having similar issues. As to your comment about not highly sought after we offer same day service and stand by it luckley for you we do offer same day service or your plumbing leak would of been much worse and people dont always like to have a plumber to their house but when you need one you sure don't complain when we arrive but only to complain afterwards when you receive the bill but if you need us we will always be there for you as we have for the past 25 years"

Excellent service and quality of work. Slight negatives- I had no reference for how much work would cost prior to repair being completed and my yard has Bermuda. They grass they used to reseed was Fescue.

The water heater is fine now; we haven't had any problem with it since. They were punctual, on time, very informative of what was going on, very polite, and fixed the problem. The workers were very nice, very polite, very informative what was going on, letting me know what was gonna have to be done and things like that. He was very knowledgeable of his job. When you get someone with professionalism, you appreciate it.

There fee to install was more than what the faucet costs and it was an expensive faucet. If I am not mistaken they wanted $300 to install it and they took it down to $200 and something. I was slighted, and it took him about half an hour. Like the guy said I did not make that much money when I was a doctor either. We did not buy the faucet from them, we bought it from another store and called them to install it. I don't know if I would use them again in the future. I would want to get a price from them first.

We typically use our home warranty to pick a company however they didn't have one in the area. They came out that day, which was great and did complete the work. However, after researching it that evening and even the next day it seems the price we paid was extremely high to have a new sewage ejector pump put in. They charged $1789 and our warranty only covered $500. The work seems to have been fine but then after getting quotes after the job was done I felt taken. Next time I will get multiple quotes even if I have to pay the fee to come out.

**UNREASONABLE PRICING**. I was charged $729 for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drain. Work that I found out the next day should of cost at most $450.00 I called AAA City plumbing based on good reviews. I had an emergency plumbing issue with my rental property on New Years day. Over the phone I was quoted at $139 for a plumber to come out and assess the issue. Upon arriving and assessing the issue I was then quoted at $769.00 to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter. Unfortunately, because of the $139 assessment fee I thought I would lose if I didn't take care of the issue right then and there, and because this was my rental property which required more immediate attention I hesitantly agreed to what seemed to an unreasonably high price for the amount of work to be done. The technician was at my rental for approximately 45 minutes at most. Thinking I had been charged to much, I decided to call a few other plumbing companies in the area to check comparisons on the work done and get a price range for this type of work. I was quoted between $200-$450 by three different companies. The most expensive estimate was based on what the plumber told me was worst case scenario. I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be either a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the holiday. They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide me with an itemized bill of the work that was done. I was contacted by the owner of the company who confirmed that I was charged too much for the amount of work done. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and advised me that the recently hired plumber sent to the house made a mistake on the charge. He gave me a refund of $350.00. I have updated my review because it shows that at least the owner cares enough about his business to rectify a mistake.

"This was a misunderstanding from one of our new technicians on understanding our price book we reimbursed Mr. [Member Name Removed] $350.00 for what this job was actually supposed to be."
