It was fine. They did a good. They responded on my inquiry and were on time and they did everything.

BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS...
Upon learning our very old and very big Elm tree was dying, we contacted Pat Barrett of A1 Stump Grinding and Tree Service.
He and his team showed up ON TIME.
It took them 6 hours to get this tree down. They did not damage any other plant or fence on our property.
The cleanup they did was amazing. Their heavy truck left big divots in the hard which they smoothed out and leveled off before leaving without being asked. They made sure the roof was cleaned off of all wood shavings and branches without climbing on the roof to do so. They used their bucket truck to reach over the roof.
The best part of hiring them was what they did beyond what was expected of them. They ground out several other stumps in the yard and cut back several large branches which were hanging over the house from other trees. This was such a pleasant surprise and way beyond the call of duty.
Pat Barrett talks too much, but his work ethic was beyond our expectations. He and his team really went well beyond all that we had agreed on because it was important to him. We will use him again.
He and his team did a spectacular job.
