A-Tech Repair

These are the most unprofessional outfit in the history of global commerce. Lies and deceit is their game. Retained them through my home warranty company. They never showed up after 3 appointments over 2 months. I had to take time off from work each time. Finally, had to call and cancel them after over 3 months of inaction. It was a nightmare dealing with them. Please DO NOT recommend them.

This is a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company!!!!!!!!  After almost 5 weeks of being without a dishwasher, our warranty company is finally going to just replace the unit because A-Tech is so bad.  It took 5 days for them to even call in the diagnosis.  When the warranty company had questions, A-Tech was unresponsive.  The manager was supposed to call me, he never did.  The technician on 3 occasions was supposed to call me and never did.
The parts were finally ordered.  When I called A-tech, she assured me that hadn't arrived.  American Home Shield called them and gave them the tracking number.  A-tech said they tracked it right then and there and it said it hasn't been delivered.  This was a complete lie because when I tracked it 10 minutes later, it had been delivered 2 days prior.  Today, I found out they ordered the wrong parts on top of it all.
Half the time I tried calling them, their phone was not working.  I have never seen anything like this before.  This company is dishonest and lazy!  I am beyond frustrated!!
DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Horrible. When we finally reached them they were very rude and not helpful and did not seem to care when they would make it out to perform the work.  Work was never done.
