I love my new floors!!!!! Moises and his team are professional and know exactly what they're doing. They installed new flooring in living room, foyer and dining room and sanded and stained the entire floor to match perfectly. They removed discoloration marks due to sunlight and they repaired any scratches and marks they found during the process. I'm so amazed at how little dust they created. They paid attention to detail and overall it was a very good experience. I love my floors and have already recommended them to a few friends. Thank you A Plus Flooring, Inc!!!
Moises and his guys removed the carpet and laid the new boards down, and then sanded the entire ground floor. We had moved most of the furniture ourselves, but they helped us with what was left. I was of course concerned about the amount of dust that would be generated by a massive sanding job, especially since part of it was directly in the kitchen. However, there was ZERO DUST generated in the process. They bring in this massive vaccuum cleaner that is six feet tall that connects to the sander, and pulls in all of the dust, it was pretty cool and a huge relief that there was wasn't dust everywhere that I had to clean. The existing floors had a thick stain on them, so it was big job getting all of that off. When they were done sanding, we couldn't tell what was new and what was already there.
After the staining, they laid down the stain. 3 coats over 2 days, followed by 2 coats of poly urethane, with a couple days to dry. We stayed with a neighbor while this was going on since it was our entire ground floor.
The end result was gorgeous. It was a brand new floor and you couldn't tell what was new and what was original. The color was exactly what we had showed Moises we wanted.
Throughout the process, his guys were top notch and Moises is always very thorough when you ask him questions. He was very careful to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. There were no hiccups in the process, and at no time did feel that anything was not being done to our satisfaction (and my wife and I are picky when it comes to work on our homes).
I've been a homeowner for 15 years, and Moises is the best contractor I've ever dealt with. He's a total pro who is a master of his craft. His prices are extremely good for the level of work you will get from him. I will be calling him for any future flooring needs.
Its been a few days and you cannot even tell where the new boards are, the floor is perfectly seamless and looks just like it did before the water damage. I've seen enough floor work to know that this is really hard to do well, there are not many people that can make a repair like this look seamless with the rest of the floor. Moises makes it look easy, but that's why he's the best.
On top of all this, his prices are extremely competitive with people that have half his talent. His guys are also extremely good and polite and all of his work is done with as little impact on your home and life as is possible.
I highly recommend A Plus Flooring.

We couldn't be at home the entire time, but trusted him to complete the work even though we were away. He is very trustworthy and kept us informed about the process along the way. I highly recommend his work.
"I'm sorry to hear this member was not satisfy with the final product on tile floor. We removed toilet at no additional charge and moved some furniture at no additonal charge to help him because he couldn't move some items by himself. Member was supposed to remove toilet prior to tile install but couldnt do it because he stripped the bolts. We tried removing it ourselves to help him and finally did it after about 2 hours of trying. In other words we did everything we could to help him out in any way possible and to my knowledge he was happy through entire process. Missing grout is not difficult to fix and I dont understand why member did not call us to address this issue. We would have gladly came back to fix it to his satisfaction."
