 + -1 moreThe project took about 2 1/2 weeks. The owner was onsite throughout the project. He worked diligently and kept us updated on the progress of the project. He arrived on time and even worked late in the evening to make sure the project was done in a timely fashion. This was a renovation project to update a house in preparation for putting it on the market. The house went on the market the Sunday night after the project was finished and had an offer on the following Wednesday!
Description of Work: Removed existing kitchen and powder room flooring and subflooring, removed shoe molding, installed vapor barrier and engineered hardwood flooring in kitchen and powder room, re-installed shoe molding and painted as needed, removed and re-installed toilet in powder room, removed old flooring in laundry and back hallway, installed ceramic tile and shoe molding in laundry and back hallway, removed old counter tops in kitchen and installed granite counter tops, removed old vanity in powder room and installed granite vanity with new undermount sink, installed new stainless steel sink and faucet in kitchen, re-installed garage disposal, installed new tile backsplash in kitchen with diamond pattern and glass mosaic inset, removed existing flooring in hall bath upstairs and master bath, removed shoe molding, installed new ceramic tile floor, re-installed and painted as necessary shoe molding in both baths, removal and re-installation of toilets as needed to install tile. Cleaning staff came in afterwards and thoroughly cleaned all rooms. Removed all debris from remodel/renovation.
