Shout out to Eller Garris from A Perfect Climate. My A/C went out on a Sunday (of course) I texted Eller, he responded from his VACATION at the BEACH about 2 hours later, apologizing for taking so long! (I wouldn't answer at all on my vacation!) He walked me through some diagnostic steps on the phone to determine my condensate relief tube was clogged, and I was able to clear the clog myself and now wife and family are happy! That's the kind of contractor Eller is; my best friend referred him and I've never regretted calling him. It's rare to find a value in the HVAC world today, but Eller Garris is the real deal. Call him, you won't be sorry.

The owner has always provided an "A" rating of service. We have always had a window of service and he always showed up in the window. I was never disappointed that he did not show up.

I cannot recommend A Perfect Climate highly enough! The owner is responsive, professional, and it is obvious he knows his stuff and has integrity. Please don't hire a large HVAC franchise company - A Perfect Climate is the way to go for inspections, repairs, and installation of HVAC.

The owner came out himself, exactly when he said he would. He is very pleasant and professional. He explained the issue and answered questions about our other units. We have used this company for years and can't say enough good things about it. Very honest and reliable. We have recommended A Perfect Climate many times and have heard only good things back. Wouldn't use anyone else!
