Somebody attempted a break in through the back door and it set off my alarm and I guess they ran off after that. But they messed up the lock and I had to have the lock replaced. It was on a Saturday and I didn't think I'd get anybody on that day but I got this guy and I used him once before and he did an excellent job. I spent $130.

By far, one of the NICEST individuals we have ever had the pleasure of working with! You can tell that he genuinely cares about what he does, and that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in ensuring that work is done properly. He also gave us free advice about lock types, security measures, etc. Have recommended to all of our neighbors!

He had to come back to finish the job, 2 days later than he had said. And more importantly, I was unable to lock a patio door during that time making it very UNSAFE. I had stressed to him that I needed to feel safe, he didn't listen. The new striker plates are wobbly and held in by one screw. His original estimate was under $150.00, he insisted on 250.00
