What an incredibly impressive, forthright, and honest gentleman! When I explained my problem to him, he suggested an alternative to having him come out to the house and removing the lock. Basically, there was a procedure I could use that wouldn't require a locksmith. I tried his suggestion -- and it worked! Somewhat rare to find an ethical craftsman who doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. I will definitely keep his number on file and will highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
