Ted was very responsive, timely, personable and communicated with me effectively.  He came when he said he would, was in and out in the time that he allotted and kept me posted of all details of the work that he was doing at my new home.  He kept my home tidy and neat and was very professional.  I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone that wants a professional locksmith to work on their home.

Ted's brother Steve came out since Ted was on vacation.  Steve was awesome in every way.  It was nice to deal with a professional who was also extremely polite and courteous.  Definitely would use these folks again in the future.

Perfectly. The last time I used a locksmith it took over four hours. Ted was in and out in about an hour and made extra keys. He was right on time and came on the day I requested. I will definitely use them again if needed.

It went great.  Teddy is very professional and personable.  He really knows locks.  He listened to what we wanted, gave us ideas and after doing my own research, in which I learned a lot about locks, we decided to upgrade from our box store Schlage deadbolts to Mul-T-Lock top of the line deadbolts, replacing all the single cylinder deadbolts with 2 Mul-T-Lock single cylinder, 3 Mul-T-Lock double cylinder deadbolts and two Mul-T-Lock Hercular Double Cylinder Captive Key Deadbolts.  We also had the 6 Schlage doorknobs with the emergency featured locks (easy to lock yourself out of the house) replaced with just Schlage doorknobs and levers.   When the house was built in 2007, the screen door only had a simple handle with no locking feature or able to close the door shut.  Teddy was able to track down a small doorknob that would latch and lock and fit perfect and looks and works great.  We got 14 keys (which cannot be duplicated at a hardware store only thru Mul-T-Lock or Teddy).  We love the new locks, can't lock ourselves out of the house anymore and feel safer.  I would recommend Teddy and Mul-T-Lock to anyone who needs locks.  They are quite pricey but we love them.
