"Wow, I was really surprised to see this review. As all my other reviews for the last few years are "A" I see this customer had purchased a Big deal online through Angies List and I received the confirmation message. I then responded back within the next day asking what would be a good time and also needed a phone number and address to contact them so we could set up an appointment. I never got a response back from the customer. Then I find this "F" Review. All I would have needed was a call or message and there would have never been a problem. Hope we can resolve this ASAP."
