A-Access Lock and Key came out promptly, was very knowledgable, curteous. We are very happy with our experience.

He was very punctual, courteous, and price was exactly as he had quoted.

Teddy was a joy. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant individuals I've ever met. First he arrived on time. Second he manage to fit me into his busy schedule because He understood my concern about my safety. Third and more inportantly, He understood what I needed, explain what he would be doing and even answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. He was neat, clean and fast. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I have already decided to use him on other projects in the future.

Ted went by my house while I was at work and replaced my mailbox lock. He was speedy and did a great job! He made doing business as easy as 1,2,3 and I will certainly use him in the future. Thanks Ted!

I initially contacted Teddy via email through this Angies List website. I explained that we were closing on our home the following week and that although I wanted him on the day we had the closing, I wasn't sure what time we would be finished. Teddy promptly responded to my email. He gave me a tentative appointment time for the requested day and told me I could call to adjust the time if needed. (The closing finished early and Teddy came earlier as promised). In my initial email I also requested a price quote had a few other questions. Teddy responded to all of my questions. The prices he charged were exactly what he quoted in his email ($75 trip fee, $15 re-key fee per lock, $2/extra key). Although I had printed out my 10% off Angies coupon, with the chaos of the move I didn't remember I had done so, let alone remember to present it. So it was a pleasant surprise when upon presenting his bill, I discovered Teddy had remembered I was an Angie's customer and subtracted the discount without my asking.
When Teddy arrived, he explained the process, telling me exactly what he was going to do. He estimated the process would take 45 minutes to an hour...he was done with everything in about 45 minutes.
Teddy was polite and professional throughout. He was efficient and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

We moved into our new house and Steve changed all the locks for us. He was on time, professional & knowledgable.

Teddy was extremely responsive and professional.  I work from home and I was frantic because I was about to miss a meeting.  I told him my story and he quickly moved his schedule around so he can fit me in even though he had previous appointments.  It was a great relief since all of the other ones I called were busy and would not be able to help me for hours.   He was very patient and quick to get me into my house. He was at my house quicker than I could have gotten a pizza.  I wish big companies could provide the level of service and attention that I received from Teddy.

Teddy was punctual and professional. He fixed the door knob lock and adjusted the plate so I could use the bolt lock again.  He was fast and thorough and left no mess when he was complete with the job.  He charged exactly what he had quoted and gave me his Angie's List discount.  I gave a "B" for the price because I think the charge for just walking in the door ($75) is high, but it IS pretty much the market rate and I don't feel that Teddy took advantage of me.  I am so pleased to have the door fixed and I would definitely hire him again, although I hope I don't need a locksmith again.

Teddy even replaced a broken peice of a dead bolt for NO charge. He was beyond professional and never tried to up sell. He just told you what you needed to here. He is clearly one of the best in the biz!

He showed up on time (was a little early) and did the job very quickly--less than an hour for the whole job.  We've had no problems and I feel the price was very reasonable.  I got a 10% discount with the Angie's List special.

My petsitter lost my key, so I needed to get all my doors re-keyed.  I called A-Access on July 6.  I was given a phone quote and I made an appointment for the next day.  They gave me a window of arriving between 11:00 and 1:00.  The company showed up at 12:00.  They took all locks and deadbolts off of the doors, re-keyed them all, and made the extra keys.  It took only 20 minutes.  They were very polite and efficient.  I even got an Angies List discount.  I highly recommend this company and if needed will use in the future.

 We needed all of our locks on our new home changed Steve was prompt and did excellent job. Also repaired/adjusted two doors that needed same.  We are very pleased with work.

Great! He arrived exactly when he said he would, and he was very friendly. The price was just as it was quoted (he had asked a bunch of questions on the phone for the quote, so we were both confident in the estimate). He was able to get the stuck door un-stuck easily. I called Teddy about rekeying all my doors. He explained what he would do and how much it would be over the phone. He showed up on time and had all my doors done in less than an hour. My bill was lower than the estimate. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use him again!

They gave me very good, last minute service. I spent about $75 on the job. I had called them last minute. They came out and did a very good job. I own a business and I had an issue where I needed to get the locks changed for security. So, I used them to do the work. I will use them again in the future.

A Access came out within a few hours of our call and replaced the chip keys to our son's 2000 Infinity G20. We were able to get two keys made for less than it would have been at the dealer. Very professional and efficient and will definitely call again for any locksmith needs!
