I believe that overall it went very well!! It's no fun losing keys. Teddy made the process simple. They come to you and work quickly and expertly. I would use them again, if needed.

The person answering the phone was a bit unprofessional (but genuine). But overall, I was very please and would definitely recommend them. The service only took about 20 minutes, and they were on their way.

It went great! Teddys is a very knowledgeable locksmith from Charlotte and I would call again if we need work done. He was very professional, on time and gave me some good advice on security issues. The price was also reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that he took his shoes off when he entered our home. A polite gentleman.

This was a great experience- I called this company after I locked my purse and keys in my car and spent the entire previous day searching for my spare key. Teddy was on his way to a full day of appointments but was nearby so turned around and was at my house and had my door open in a matter of minutes- he was very informative and gave us good advice about spare keys and what to do if we could not find ours- including an on the spot estimate for replacement if we had no luck- he was very professional and friendly-when he left he noticed one of my toddlers was not to be seen so he waited to make sure both my toddlers were accounted for before he pulled out- I would call this company again.
