I would hands down hire him again! We have a piano that is my husband's Grandfather's. It had not been played in ages! 440 Piano Service came in and tuned the piano, fixed broken keys and now our middle child is able to practice piano with an in tune piano! He gets so excited about practicing, and he is going to perform a piano piece in a talent show this week! Thank you!!

They actually did not do anything.The piano was too broken to be tuned up. I have an hard time grading them, as they actually did not do any work.

Everything went great. Scheduling the appointment was easy but we had to find a time that fit everyone's schedule. We pointed him in the direction of the piano and he took care of everything else. I definitely recommend A440 to anyone.

Mr. Gotta returned my call promptly and we scheduled the tuning within a couple of days He arrived on time, and it took him about an hour. Other then the basic tuning, I had a note that was sticking, which he fixed as well. He was pleasant and professional, and since we will be moving out of state soon, he shared with me information about who to contact to find a technician in the area where I will be moviing. I am a piano teacher and church musician, so having a good piano tuner is very important to me. I would highly recommend Mr. Gotta to anyone who needs the type of service that he does.

Joseph was punctual and got to work right away. He spent about 40 minutes tuning my upright piano that had been in climate controlled storage for a few years. He told me that there was a little rust, but no damage and that the piano just needed a good tuning. He answered all my questions, was professional and courteous. I will be calling him again in about a year for my yearly tune-up.

He was very prompt, he came exactly when he said he would. His work was good. I asked him to do some additional work because the music rack on the piano was broken; he replaced it with a rack that exactly matched the wood tone of the piano. I was very happy with the results of his work. I will use him again when I need work done again.

I quit using him because when he was at my home tuning my piano, he took other phone calls, and I wasn't pleased with how it was tuned. I used a coupon, and I think it was normally $100.

Joe arrived promptly and went right to work. I appreciated him being prompt and having clean shoes. Since he has tuned my piano for YEARS, he knew right where to go and what needed to be done, like replacing the humidifier pads. He also went over the need to add water more during the winter months. I also saw him tightening the screws on the piano bench legs! This was a nice thing of him to do for me. I do not play and the kids had not told me there were any problems with loose legs. He maintains everything associated with our piano! His prices are stable and we made the next appointment for six months.

He is very good about sending out postcards as to when you should have your piano tuned. Some people may consider that an annoyance, but I think it is very good if you are trying to take care of your piano. He is excellent. He is punctual, and he will return calls right away. I am very happy with the way he has kept our piano tuned. I have used his services for about three or four years now.
