The install went great.  The actual install was about 2 years ago and since then, we have had wind that blew a cap cover off and a separate wind that blew some shingles off.  The owner came out on the shingle issue and installed them himself.  It did take a few days to reach them but that was due to me not having the correct number (I had the cell number to a former employee and not the business line).  After I got a hold of them, they came out a few days later and corrected the issue.  They really stand behind what they cell.  Top choice in my book.

One of their reps was travelling through the neighborhood and my wife let him on the roof. He saw some damage and suggested that we call our insurance company. The adjuster came out and agreed that we needed a new roof (which was good that it wasnt a waste of time).
We selected our new shingles. They gave us a free upgrade to architectural style, which turned out great.
Communication could have been better. It was a busy time for them and we got pushed back a couple of times but since we didn't have any leaks, it wasnt a big deal.

Made recommendations along the way. Very pleased with expertise

There were some issues, but everything in the end it was all resolved and everything was acceptable. Their communication in the beginning was not very good. They were very very busy at that particular time and I think they just spread little thin and won't very responsive. For the quality of the work, again the is roofing and the windows was outstanding, painting I had to stay rightly climb down approximately. They thought it was acceptable, it didn't meet what I thought was acceptable. Their people were phenomenal and outstanding. The people who did the windows were very very good. The only issue I had was with and I think they got done work for me previous and did a wonderful wonderful job painting, this time it was a different roof and they were no where near the quality consciousness of the previous one. I would use them for roofing and windows, but probably not for painting.

I have several rentals in Charlotte and I use him a lot. They are great to work with. I work with him on a weekly basis almost. He is always on time and is reasonably priced. He does small and big jobs for me. He is really great. I highly recommend him.

From numerous contacts with my home owners insurance roof inspector and the paperwork involved with that, through continuous attention to customer satisfaction and quality work, to follow up contact to assure continuing satisfaction... I was very happy with this company.
