They are very good. Their prices are fair and competitive. They are the cheapest. Their rate is in line but they do very fast thinking and their painters are very good in terms of trim and quality. They'll come back and touch anything if they see any wrong. They are a group of Mexicans and as far as I know they are legal. The guy's name that owns it is Luis Orellana. He's coming out on Monday to do some more painting for me. I've used them several times because I trust them. I have used a few others and the trim is always good and doesn't slop over to the white trim work and stuff like that. I've only used him for interior but I know that he also does exterior. He charges about $150 for a bedroom or something like that. The moment I do several rooms he would give me a little price break. I've probably had him out here three or four different times for different rooms and different sections of the house and so forth. The price is competitive but it's not the cheapest. We did hire somebody to do our garage and he was okay for garage but I would never use him in my house but he was super cheap.
