Lawn Irrigation
Justin Hill was brought in by my new lawn service. He convinced us that we needed to replace a fairly new irrigation control box saying it was used for golf courses, not homes. Fell for this line, and contracted for work. Irrigation system has not worked properly since. He didn't return the control box which I told him I wanted to donate as it was quite new. He was to map the system showing control boxes, and never did. Never returned phone calls from lawn service or me. Still owes me over $100 for repair of Invisible Fence which he cut while working.
