I could not believe how well Javier was able to pinpoint where my yard drainage issue was coming from. I had other contractors that quoted me prices to correct but could not answer the problem. Javier recommended first to clear down the topsoil to see if the top water would dry out which it did. He installed a drain, seeded, thatched, aerated the soil for grass to grow. He does not stop till he is satisfied. What I liked the best is his commitment to take the time to correct the problem. He gives you choices based on your budget. Call him you will not be disappointed.
