Called and spoke to Darrell at Pressure Washing Charlotte and he is just plain awesome! I had a lot of requirements since I have a cementious (hardi-plank) sided home and so many folks just want to 'blast it' with a pressure washer. I was impressed by Darrell's website (pictures and testimonials speak for themselves!), and his BBB status as well as A-rating on Angies List.
Darrell was quick to offer even more advice and expertise, along with a referral to a company that he was certain would serve my needs better - this is a PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A LONG-TIME PROFESSIONAL and GOOD BUSINESS MAN! He readily commented that my needs were not his core-area of competency and mentioned why he was referring the company he did, and why they were the best choice.
I am keeping Darrell's # in my back pocket! When professionals like this are honest, well spoken and know their trade; it is a credit to the REAL experts in the business (not just a nice guy who bought a pressure washer at Lowes). Darrell knows his stuff, and I think he'd be head an shoulders above the shorter-term guys you can find all over the place!

I called the Company's number, got the voice mail. My call was returned within 15 minutes.
In our conversation, told Mr. Garrison what I needed done, and the approx. size of the job.
He then gave me a quote for the job. I accepted. He told me when he could be over to do the
job. I was not home when he came, at appointed time. He called me, to let me know he was
at my home. He did the job. He called me the next day, to see if I was satisfied. Which I was.
I highly recommend this company and owner. I will use him again.

I bought a new patio set and it was going to be delivered on Friday. The previous Saturday I decided to try to get the patio pressured washed before the new furniture was delivered. I called another company I had used and left a message. When I didn't hear back from that company by Tuesday morning, I checked the list and found Darrell's company Under Pressure Washing. Since I saw he was near by I called him at 8 am. He quickly responded, understood my time crunch, and agreed to come out the same day. He was very courteous and professional and helped me reach my deadline for my new furniture delivery on Friday. I am so happy! Now I can enjoy the outside. He did a wonderful job and I will definitely use him again. I even asked him for a estimate to clean my entire huge curving driveway. He has a can-do positive attitude which is very much appreciated these days.
