I've used this florist several times and I find them very convenient. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my friend whose mother is ill. The flowers were beautiful. I ordered lilies and they put them in a great vase. The whole arrangement turned out great.

The experience was a nightmare. The delivery was NOT received on the date promised. Customer service for the company was not helpful. When the arrangement finally arrived (a day late and a dollar short), it was not in good condition; much of it was wilted.
Description of Work: Flower arrangement ordered online for special occasion.
