Perfect, never had any issues.   When we first hired them, I thought we only needed our lawn mowed like every 10 days, but although they knew it was going to be more frequent than that, they didn't try to talk us into scheduling more time.  It became very obvious that we needed them weekly b/c my husband and I do not do anything ourselves in the yard (due to time and health issues).  Justin and team just adjusted their schedule to support us needing them about every 5-7 days.   
When we started some of these side projects (completing the landscaping) around our inground pool, we asked for a reasonably priced option set, given that we still have a 2nd house.   Justin took that into account and presented us some very inexpensive solutions.  The option that we selected included a lot of natural rocks and patio steppers to provide a path from area to area and it looks terrific.  No more weeds, no more mud and no more excess crap being brought into our pool by the kids.  Perfect solution and although we have a fully integrated irrigation system, we don't need to use for this portion of our yard b/c it's all rock, patio components that looks wonderful.   Grade all projects: A to A+.

I think they do fine work. I really like the people. It was fair. I've used them before for other things and they didn't come back with the right kind of estimate and then the responses, well, we can do whatever you want. I wanted them to do just like basic services. That didn't quite work. We had used them twice before. They're very nice. I think that they're a little pricey. I wasn't happy with the way he priced things out. I might use them again if they'll be competitive with everybody else but the last time, I don't think for lawn stuff, I didn't think that they were competitive. I think they're fine. I think that they were okay.

Justin had provided services in yard maintenance, including holly trimming, previously and had done a good job. He was prompt, hard working, eager to please. I expect to use his services again. AJ Lee

Justin from Yard Envy was very professional. He came out to look at what we wanted to have done and gave us an idea about what could be accomplished in two hours. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time in the morning.
The work was well done and we couldn't believe how much bigger our yard looked with all of the debris and small saplings removed. It made such a difference.
