First we looked through many catalogs looking at various. The sales person helped us with suggestions. The resulting ring was exactly what we wanted. Everyone in the shop treated us with courtesy and seemed as excited as we were with our ring and upcoming wedding.

took a very good, running watch in to have the metal band cleaned.
when I picked it up, it didn't run. Two of the men in the store said that the battery must have died (in the two days it was in the store) and talked me into buying a new battery.
two days later the watch quit running.
My guess is the guy who cleaned it put the whole watch into the cleaning solution and ruined the electronics.
I would never trust these people with anything of value again.

They are very good and trustworthy. They are able to do a lot of things while you wait. They always meet their deadlines. I would continue to use them.

Dropped chain off for repair. Was told it would be a few days. Received a call in a few days that it was ready. Picked up and paid.

I thought they were exploiting someone who was desperate. It was not a fair offer. They were real slow. I will never set foot in that place again.
