This is the rudest store I’ve ever been in. There’s a better jewelry store in the same mall for Jewelry and repairs that treats customers properly. It was so bad, I and my family will be avoiding this mall until they do something about Wentworth and Sloan, which is a public nuisance. If you look at reviews for Wentworth and Sloan you will see several reviews about rude or sketchy behavior.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], it is important to acknowledge the circumstances under which you came into our store. In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are limited to 2 work stations, which are 6 feet (or more) apart. Therefore, during the pandemic we are limited to two people, or two parties, on the main floor of our store at a time. This is posted on our door before entry into our store. We understand it can be inconvenient to have to wait in line, but we must prioritize the health of our customers and employees by adhering to social distancing guidelines. There was another customer that had been patiently waiting ahead of you, with her walker, and you entered in the store in front of her despite arriving after her. One of our employees was at the first station helping a customer while another employee was in the back of the store pulling a piece of jewelry for the second customer, who was at the other station. The owner of the store was at his desk in a private meeting with a client. You entered our store and demanded to be helped immediately, stating that we would be idiots to not want your money. Our employee let you know of our limited capacity and ensured we would help you as soon as we finished with the current customers. To this, you raised your voice and began making profane remarks regarding our business and directly to the owner of our store. The owner politely asked you to leave our store, as there were other customers in the store that voiced their discomfort with your behavior in the store. After exiting, you returned, unprompted, into our store twice more, each time yelling profanities and continuing to make our store a hostile environment. We would have been more than happy to assist you upon finishing with our other clients. However, we will not tolerate behavior that makes our employees and other customers uncomfortable, and for this reason you were politely asked to leave.

First we looked through many catalogs looking at various. The sales person helped us with suggestions. The resulting ring was exactly what we wanted. Everyone in the shop treated us with courtesy and seemed as excited as we were with our ring and upcoming wedding.

took a very good, running watch in to have the metal band cleaned. when I picked it up, it didn't run. Two of the men in the store said that the battery must have died (in the two days it was in the store) and talked me into buying a new battery. two days later the watch quit running. My guess is the guy who cleaned it put the whole watch into the cleaning solution and ruined the electronics. I would never trust these people with anything of value again.

Description of Work: I took a favorite watch in to have the band cleaned. It was working fine when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it didn't run. They told me that the battery had died and sold me a battery. Two days later the watch quit running again. My guess is that when the guy cleaned the band, he put the whole watch into the cleaning solution and messed up the electronics. At any rate, the watch doesn't run anymore, and I would never let them get their hands on it again.

Description of Work: I went to W&S looking to have my Rolex datejust serviced and my Hamilton timing adjusted. They told me the Rolex would cost between $700 and $1,400 to do a basic servicing. After Rolex told me that they would charge in the range of 500-700 to have it done, I knew this was not the place to go for rolex but wanted to give them a chance - so The Hamilton was a different story. They told me it would be 10or 15 bucks to adjust the timing - simple matter of opening the case and turning the timing screw, then checking on the timing machine. Imagine my surprise to find out that they charged me $65 for this simple adjustment. I will not go to this establishment - EVER again for Anything and cannot recommend.

They are very good and trustworthy. They are able to do a lot of things while you wait. They always meet their deadlines. I would continue to use them.

Dropped chain off for repair. Was told it would be a few days. Received a call in a few days that it was ready. Picked up and paid.
