 + -1 moreWendy was awesome. She paid attention to details that the seller's agent knew nothing about. She was prompt in answering our many questions, was present for the inspection and to check up on other work that was done, called local officials to clarify points regarding the new property. Gave us good advice during negotiations. Explained every process and was willing to spend as much time as we needed to make sure we were fully informed. Very knowledgeable about the area.
Description of Work: We used Wendy Thompson (recommendation from a colleague) when looking for a new home to purchase. Seller paid Realtors' fees, so our cost for her services was $0.
