We relocated to the triangle from another country. Viki Initially took my wife to several houses on a trip she made solo, and then several weeks later, after much communication via email and over the phone, took the two of us to dozens of houses over several days. As we viewed more houses our wish list changed and Viki was always very helpful, accommodating and understanding. She wanted us to find the best fit possible and was willing to drive us all over the place to find it. Once we narrowed down our choices, Viki took us several times to two widely separated properties, and all while one of her feet was in a cast, this really proves her dedication! Viki handled the negotiations while we headed back out of the country, and over the next couple of months we had many inspections performed. Viki hired several of the inspectors on our behalf and was always on hand to provide access, liaise and report back to us. Several issues came up prior to closing, and VIki took a very hands-on approach to make sure that everything was on track and communicated with us at least once a day, she even made sure that we would have electricity on our closing date. Viki was very diligent and made the whole process much easier than it might have been, especially considering the cross-border issues. Viki was always extremely helpful and diligent and a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent, and in fact did so several months after our closing, these clients were also very happy with Viki's services.

Our family relocated to the Raleigh Durham area at the beginning of the year. With not very much notice, Viki familiarized our family with the Chapel Hill, RTP and Cary areas. Viki was very thorough in her home search and very knowledgable about the sometimes subtle differences between locations and homes. Viki never steered us in a particular direction, and really embraced the criteria we needed in our home. Viki would point out good and bad things when we asked her opinion - which we did regularly as we grew to trust her honesty and expertese. Once we had a contract to purchase a home, Viki continuted to work VERY hard for us. Through due diligence, negotiations and all the things that can come up prior to close, Viki led with tremendous professionalism. We felt very fortunate to have Viki representing our interests and working forus. We would absolutely recommend Viki to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Viki found the first home we ever purchased. We were moving to the area from out of state and were so busy that we were only able to visit one time. On that one visit, we got to know Viki as she showed us around to various homes. We didn't find "our" home on that trip, but Viki continued to send us listings daily. She would then drive to the homes we were interested in and describe them to us, sending pictures when the homes looked particularly promising. We eventually found the right home and trusted Viki so much that we never came down to see it -- we only saw the pictures that Viki sent. She then did all of the work for us so that we literally showed up the day of closing to see everything the first time. In every single way, Viki was absolutely amazing and perfect. Best of all, through the experience, we got to know Viki and her family personally (her husband would check on the house until we finally moved down) and they are all as wonderful as they get.
