The waiting room is clean and organized. The staff there are courteous and professional. The wait time is not to long, usually about 5 minutes. The doctors are great. They take the time to answer your questions.

My last experience was really good. Everything was fine. They answered my questions and provided good service.

Office staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. I left the office with all concerns addressed.

UNC was implementing a new computer office system, and I was unable to get an appointment despite needing one quickly. The resident exchanged e-mails and we talked on the telephone to develop a treatment plan, but I had to use urgent care facilities despite being an established payment. Eventually I saw my doctor, a resident, who will be a great doctor someday but is only just learning the ropes. I would use him again. The support staff is erratic. None of them are rude, but some seem poorly trained. Billing is a horror story, although apparently changes are coming to it too.

They are friendly and thorough. They are very competent. The doctor is excellent.

I've been going to them for the past 35 years. I usually see Dr. Daalmann, but there are several highly qualified physicians on staff that can see you quickly if necessary. The office and reception staff are friendly and efficient, and the office itself is very clean and inviting.

Very efficient, responsive, friendly. Comfortable atmosphere. Location was easy to find and there was ample parking. Front desk was especially friendly and efficient in scheduling appointments and with the check-in/check-out process.

My experiences with UNC Family Medicine Center have been excellent. They're easy to get an appointment there. Most of the doctors there are good.

I've been using UNC Family Medicine for my primary care needs since moving the the area in 2010. Overall the staff is very professional. The reception area has always been busy when I check in for an appointment, but the staff is typically courteous and efficient. The nurse usually comes to get me in the waiting area within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment, but one time I did have to wait about 15 minutes.
UNC Family Medicine sets aside appointment blocks for acute care needs so that the one time I needed to see them about a sinus infection I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours of my phone call.
My only real complaint is with the responsiveness of their travel medicine group, which doesn't work by appointments. Instead, the receptionist contacts the group with your information and a nurse or physician is supposed to contact you by phone. It took 4 calls to the receptionist over 4 weeks before someone contacted us. Once the initial contact was made things went smoothly and we were satisfied with their counsel and recommendations.
Despite the travel medicine group, we are extremely satisfied with the UNC Family Medicine and I highly recommend them.

It went all right and I had no problems during the procedure.

We saw Jan Tedder, NP at UNC Family Medicine. WOW. She is wonderful and did a great job with all of us. She spends a lot of time talking to the patient (as opposed to talking to the mom) and was very thorough and clear in her communication.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were thorough and focused on what I wanted.

10 min phone wait to talk to appointment setter. Was told my doctor had no appt. openings for three weeks. Arranged for me to see a nurse practitioner later the same day. This is not my first negative experience in trying to set appointment. Wait in examining room this time 25 minutes, three weeks earlier, 45 min. This is particularly annoying because this UNC group advertises for new patients on radio but can't seem to deal with those of us who have been patients for years.

They provide good service and have been going there for years.

I've been going to him for about 10 years. He is always available. He listens carefully, and he has a lot of good ideas. He is a very busy man, but he always has time for me.

They have several doctors there. You see whichever one is there that day, but I can tell you the whole staff there is outstanding. I would use them again in the future.

Dr. Newton has always been very helpful and supportive. The most important thing about Dr. Newton is that he listens to me rather than just telling me what to do. I like that we explore options and treat options together. We decide which course we could like to take and after a while we come back together and discuss the treatment.

They are professional and are good about getting test results in. Sometimes wait is an issue, but I would still recommend them to others.

He has been outstanding. It was scheduled right away which was great. I got in within 5 minutes. The doctor spent 20 minutes with me. Everything went on well. His communication is very good.
