True Alarms is an Audio Video, Alarm and Automation company owned and operated by fire fighters. The mission of installing alarm systems to protect lives and property. We take pride in the stability of our systems and work hard to reduce false alarms. Any alarm that results from faulty equipment, equipment location or other error in installation and service will result in one quarter free monitoring to the customer. We offer monitoring discounts to public safety officials, military and teachers. In the Audio Video Business system design is everything. We design our systems to be user friendly and meet the requirements of the customer. We have over 7 years in the industry and have watched as technology and equipment has evolved. Needed an alarm system with monitoring.  Called True Alarms and promptly received a call back. Scheduled for the following week, early evening. Thomas was running late, but kept me up to date on his eta and stayed quite late to finish the install. He knew what he was doing and quickly, but thoroughly installed the system and explained its usage.

True Alarms was very professional and on time.  The technician that came to my home was Tom.  He did a great job installing my home security system.  It was a touchscreen controller that was able to control my lighting and garage doors!  He was very thorough and hid all the wires.  He pulled several moldings and ran wires for power and telephone.  When he was done I never would have known the work was performed.  The TV mount went incredibly well.  I forgot to provide an HDMI cable and he had some with him.  All the wire was fished through my fireplace, and he was a chimney technician! He knew the construction of the chimney and how to get the wiring around my home.  The wires were all hidden and all I see is my TV hanging on the wall.  Overall I would highly recommend their services.
