I compared prices and they were not the lowest but gave me the most confidence. They performed the work when they said they would and actually came in under the quoted price. I guess you get what you pay for. Would certainly use again.

I started to use them because a friend of mine had used them and she was happy. My overall experience with them was very good. They were a little expensive but I wouldn't complain about what they charged. Their quality of work was very good.

They came exactly when they said they would come. They did exactly what they said they would do and charged me exactly what they said they would charge. They cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job with great skill. I would use them again in the future.

It was very, very good and we were extremely happy. The oven wasn't even on the schedule for him to do but he got done with the washing machine very fast. He said that the washing machine was going to be expensive to fix. Within 3 minutes he recalibrated the thermostat on the oven and now everything gets done correctly. The price was fair. They were perfect and we would definitely use them again.

Response was fast, work was professional. i just felt that the $125 charged for the 15 minutes the guy was here was too much money. While i would use them again if i had to, i would try to find a service provider with a more equitable pricing model.

The team arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, and were friendly and professional. They repaired the faulty inside wiring, put an outlet on the porch, replaced both outside floods, and put in a new light sensor on the control box for the mushroom lights. They said that the floods had both a motion and light sensor setting. That night, the mushrooms were still off; and it was clear that the floods had ONLY a motion detector trip. I called the team the next day; and they came over that afternoon. He said that they had been mistaken about the dual functionality of the floods and that they had put in a new GFI on the mushrooms. Again that night, the mushroom box would not stay on, tripping repeatedly. After returning from a trip, I reset the GFI, and miraculously the mushrooms stayed on. The original diagnosis remains in question. I called to inquire about the bill today; and company treated me in a brusque tone, but did agree to remove the fee for the return visit.

During the estimate the electrician was very honest and informative. The work went well, however when the circuit breaker box cover didn't fit he cut his own hole in the metal making it look somewhat unprofessional. They couldn't figure out what some of the light switches which didn't seem to do anything were for. After the job was done I had to have them back again because the three-way light switch they fixed wasn't working.

Very clean, very professional. Would use them again.
