Chris Culbreth is wonderful! We live in California and wanted to buy a house in the Chapel Hill area for our daughter to live in while she attends UNC grad school and to have as an eventual retirement home.  We needed Chris to find us a house that fit our needs and budget. Since we couldn't be there, he also needed to work with our daughter and advise us of the actual condition, potential and location of each house they looked through. They took pictures and once they found a place I flew out for the walkthrough and closing. Chris also helped us with the proper offer and also dealt with a difficult seller's agent. We can't say enough good things about him. His honesty and helpfulness were above and beyond the norm. We would absolutely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Chapel Hill/Durham/Raleigh area.

Claudia initially met us on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the listing of the house.  She had some suggestions about staging and we had some ideas also.  We decided on a plan and then we left to go home. We returned once more to do some house staging and sign a contract with her.  She watched over our house while we were gone.  For example - we had put some lemons and limes in a basket for staging.  She removed any that started to go bad.  She let me know when they needed replacing (but we didn't have to since we sold the house).  She and her husband, Bill, were quite the team.  She noticed a faucet dripping and he fixed it for free.  He also painted an outdoor light that was unsightly.  After one showing when a critique was made of the front door - Claudia washed it.
We felt that though we were far away someone was watching out for our interests.

Wendy recommended service providers that she herself has used (for example, the home inspector).  Since we were out of state when the house was inspected Wendy stayed for the inspection and helped us through the process of repairs that needed to be done by the seller before the sale.  All the people she has recommended have been top notch.  We are extremely pleased with our experiences both with Wendy and the professionals she suggested.

I'm an engineer.  'm not one to exaggerate.  We're generally never satisfied.     I was selling my house at the depth of the housing crisis in the middle of a divorce.  Cindy Gudeman and Rhonda Stults were worth every penny.  First, their service was unbelievably good.  Second, they are both extremely competent.  They handled everything imaginable.  They handled my ex-wife, meaning that they were intermediaries, saving me no end of grief.  They priced the house right for the market.  They staged the house, taking into account that I had three small kids.  They found and partly managed contractors for painting, landscaping, repairs, cleaning, concrete repair.  Near closing, we discovered that a room addition did not have a needed inspection.  Big trouble, except it wasn't, because Cindy used her good relationship with the town administration to get post-approval.  All the financial back-and-forth with repairs and splitting costs with my ex-wife were handled with aplomb.  The buyer was an amateur realtor (i.e. did it very sporadicly) and Cindy made sure the buying agent's mistakes and quirks didn't cause any issues.  They came up with a good website special for the house.  Cindy and Rhonda are super-easy to work with.  I gave them complete access to the house when I wasn't there.  Their integrity is beyond question.  Their advice always worked out.  Having a team of realtors was key in some situations- I was always able to reach one of them and get whatever was needed taken care of.  If this doesn't convince you, geez, then I don't know what will.  This market is tough and they are the type of realtor you want to have.
