Jim and his team were absolutely great to work with! I have my own business, which complicates and narrows the home-loan process a good bit. From the beginning, Laura provided me with all the requested information about obtaining a loan. She asked questions, listened to my comments and took my direction. I was not knowledgeable about the loan process. She suggested that I comparison shop with other lenders to make sure that I felt comfortable with my ultimate choice for a lender. When I needed a pre-approval letter to be presented with my offer on Sunday, she was able to provide what the Realtor need for the offer. From the Good Faith Estimate that she provided, I knew what expenses to anticipate with regards to my purchasing my home. When it came time to order the appraisal, she educated me about that process and communicated with me when it was finished. When the loan was finally approved by her company's underwriting department, she immediately contacted me with the news. Then, she showed up at closing to be there to answer any questions I might have. I felt that she was truly in my corner during the entire process.
Description of Work: Laura provided the necessary information for me to make a decision about which lender to use. She was in constant communication with me and my Realtor throughout the process. I was fully advised about the progress of the loan and knew of the needs of the underwriters as a result of Laura's communication process. She conveyed all the necessary information to the closing attorney and met me at the attorney's office on the day of closing.
