I had a good experience with The Glass Cleaners. Dave was very knowledgeable about the scratched glass on a few of my windows. He also cleaned the skylights in our bathroom, which were really dirty, and they look great now. Dave was quick, thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

I wasn't completely satisfied. They cleaned the windows, but they used so much water because they were using our hose and we have expensive water. I thought they were going to take a bucket and climb up and do it.

I bought a $99 big deal for this service and it was very positive. One guy, the owner, came out and he was on time. He was very accommodating, did a great job and seemed like he wanted to please. He did a little extra. It seems like we wanted some extra windows cleaned so we paid extra, but he gave us a good deal for that. I think we paid an extra $150. He did a great job.

I was surprised to see it was one guy show up at the house to clean such a large home but he did a good job.  The job went quickly.  We had not figured the pricing out correctly because I did not know he was going to clean my glass door and the little windows around it, that something I can do myself fairly easily.  So with the addition of the windows that were not included and the glass in my doors the job ended up costing me a extra $100 that I hadnt planned on.  I would say if we had in greater detail before the job was done this misunderstanding would not have taken place. My windows were sparkling and I was over all pleased.  I would say to make sure the customer knows ahead of time that glass doors are included in the window count.  That is my only complaint.

They were great and very helpful. They were on time and honest in what it cost and what I really needed and didn't need. They were very polite and would work with me in anything I needed and give me helpful advice. I would use them anytime they are great and did a great job and my windows and house look a whole lot better.
