He was on time and called prior to coming, which was at night after hours from his other jobs. I left prior to his completion of the work. He left me a bill and I payed later by check in the mail.

The AC went out on a Sunday. We called Stan and he came out that day even though it was a Sunday. He could have just added the freon to the AC unit but instead he went ahead and checked out the entire unit and found a big piece of insulation that has been stuck in the in-take pipe. That had to have been there for years and no one else bothered to check that and find it. We'd definitely call Stan again!

HE WAS A VERY CONSIDERATE AND DOWN-TO-EARTH MAN. HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES AND HE WORKS HARD AT HIS JOB. EVERYTHING IS WORKING EFFICIENTLY NOW AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ANYMORE.
