Once the upstairs furnace was working, and he had determined I had to get a new system for the downstairs, he left me options and estimates and brochures at home for me to see when I got home. (He has always done work at my home during the day when no one was home, and I have always been comfortable with his letting himself in and locking up when he leaves.) Then he called me with all the details of why the furnace should be replaced and what my choices were for a new system. He answered all my many questions patiently and never seemed rushed to turn his attention to soemthing welse, even though it was in the middle of the work day. Nice, nice guy. He will install my new system as soon as he can get it delivered (in 1-2 business days).
