There was a fee involved. I got a rate for how much I had to pay. I don't remember the amount but it was clear to me how much they charged. In order to close in on one house, I have to find a thousand people to pay in order to purchase the house. I did get a disclosure before the closing of how much it was. I chose this real estate agency, because the person who dealt with me listed out more properties, than any other real estate agents in our area. She is really quick and up on to things. Shahla Rezvani is the person I used. She is not dragging at all. She has a whole cadre of people working for her. If I don't get her, I get one of her assistants to do the work. They are all very prompt and also respond to me immediately on e-mail moment to moment. I definitely got my money's worth and their quality is great.
