Manicures/Nails
Pros:
Pedicure: The Aloe Lotion felt amazing (included in all of the packages other than basic I believe), and the work was thorough and efficient. The massage chairs are the best I've ever used, and the finished product looked really awesome.
Manicure: The manicure was sufficient as far as my hand/nail clean up went, and I was surprised that Lilly did a hand/arm massage at the end, it was not listed as being included in the Basic Manicure. With a little correcting on covering the whole nail it went well and looked great at the finish - and the next day I still don't have any chips!
Wax: The eyebrow wax was pretty quick and low on pain - I like the cloth strips they use.
Ambiance: There wasn't any random TV blaring or being irritating, the design of the room was very neutral with clean lines (not distracting and potential for being soothing).. Lilly was very personable.
Cons:
Service: I was not asked for my opinion regarding the shape of either my toe or finger nails, and had to ask Tom twice to fix the shape of my fingernails because they were not even (two of the nails went down at an angle) - which ended up then being pretty short by the time he was done but they did look good. Tom kept leaving to go do other people's work, and Lilly would come over and pick up where he left off, it was frustrating being passed on to someone while he takes care of someone more important? The eyebrow wax was a little challenging to communicate and I didn't end up with what I was really wanting but I also didn't have an image with me to indicate what I wanted. Even though I know this is standard across most nail salons, it bugs me when they do the manicure in the pedicure chair, and you have to pull your arm across your body.
Ambiance: The air was not well ventilated and when you first walk in it reeked so strongly of acetone and nail polish - after being there a while I got used to it. The wooden shutter blinds were dusty which was noticeable from the pedicure chair.
Prices: The prices were very expensive for what I consider standard Mani/Pedi stuff - creams, exfoliation, etc. If I had gotten what I normally got, it would have been about $80, when I normally pay $50 (services only on both counts). The prices were also not listed anywhere other than the Mani/Pedi card, so I had no idea how much things would be in the end with the eyebrow wax.
Overall Assessment:
All in all I really liked the end product, and despite having to instruct on corrections and what not they did do what I asked and I will likely go there again for a gel mani, because that was about the same price as anywhere and the finished look was great, but probably not for a pedicure or standard mani.

Manicures/Nails
The manicure/pedicure included a delightful leg and foot massage - hot towels, hand and arm massage - hot towels and a PERFECT manicure and pedicure with Lilly. They have a wide selection of polish choices. They offer gel and shellac manicures as well. There is no TV which is a nice change from most salons. I'm there to relax in a quiet atmosphere and that was what I had. Their massage chairs are comfortable.
