Peter Thorn was able to translate our dream of having an open concept living space for our kitchen, dining room and living room. We were thoroughly pleased with the final product.

The team was great to work with especially Jeff. He coordinated the activities of the Peter Thorn team as well as other contractors and exceeded my expectations. The work was performed on schedule and the quality of the work met my expectations. Stephanie was great at making sure the budget actuals met the initial estimate.

Wow! Peter and his crew were amazing! They were responsive, punctual, polite, and thoroughly professional. Throughout the process from beginning to the end, they constantly explained what had to be done or what they discovered or what my options were or what they recommended and why. Curtis and Javy each day showed up early and worked so hard and so well throughout the day. We were so impressed. I cannot say enough how good of a job they did and how nice they were. Each evening they cleaned up and left the family room neat and tidy, though it was zippered/separated from the rest of our home. They always had time for my questions and always were willing to explain what was occurring. Curtis and Javy worked literally from sunup to sundown, diligently accomplishing all that needed to be done each day. They were always on schedule or ahead of schedule. They both were phenomenal. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! It could not have gone better! Description of work: My family room ceiling had darkened since springtime and appeared to have water damage. It is a large room (19 feet x 17 feet, with fireplace). Peter and his crew came to my home and discovered that flashing around my chimney was loose and also parts of the roof were allowing water to intrude. Peter's crew removed the damaged ceiling, removed the damaged parts of the roof surrounding the chimney, repaired the flashing and roof, removed the soggy and damaged insulation, and installed a new ceiling, new insulation, and painted the ceiling and walls to match, and made the family room look great again! Thank you! They placed a smile on our faces after our family room had begun to look bad. Now it looks brand new and spectacular!

Repairman was running a little late called to notify me and gave a new time arrive on time. Went right to work, completed in a timely manner. His work was excellent he was friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend Construction supervision and plan to use them for future projects

Courteous friendly service by gentlemen who were helpful in many ways beyond plumbing. With over 100 years of combined experience, the partners have a wealth of skill and knowledge to offer. In addition to plumbing expertise, they also offer psychological support to the harried homeowner doing renovation and, when needed, marriage counseling when spouses disagree about the necessity for change orders. A first class, full service operation.

The first contractor to respond to my Service Magic request (fast). The only respondent to return with a sketched proposal that we could discuss (responsive). Worked tirelessly to establish realistic cost for scope of work that met our needs (competitive). Took us to nearby jobs he was working on to meet his crew and other clients (professional). We initiated work within 30-days of first contact and we simply cannot imagine another contractor matching his creativity, attention to detail and professionalism.

These guys are absolutely wonderful! They not only do amazing work, but they're also very friendly, polite, and extremely professional. I'm already looking for more projects for them to do for us!

We very much enjoyed working with Peter Thorn and his foreman, Rush Greenslade, and worker Christian (do not know last name). They were all friendly, organized, hard working, and considerate of our home. They gave us daily updates and were helpful (and cost-considerate) in making decisions regarding our project (basement and bathroom finish). I would recommend them to anyone considering a home or business construction project.

We're very happy and satisfied with this job. Construction Supervision did an excellent job in all categories.

Mr Thorn and his associate did a great job with the initial assessment and budget. He came at least three times to inspect my crawl space, take measurements. He made computer generated plans of the proposed basement and spent a lot of time doing this work without expecting to be paid for his efforts. I would hire him for my basement work as soon as I can get my bank to agree on the loan amount.

Peter and Rush are consummate professionals in addition to being lovely gentlemen.
