Over the years, my dealings with car salesman at other companies had been stressful and rather unpleasant. It was quite the opposite with Subaru’s Client Advisor / salesman Daniel Murdock. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. And thorough, friendly, attentive to details, too. (I never felt pressured by him.) I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a Subaru.
Since my purchase, I’ve had two occasions to use the Performance Subaru service department, and both experiences were positive. The service reps were attentive and the waiting room is pleasant.
A windstorm blew my hard rubber trash cans into my new car, leaving three slightly noticeable dents / creases on the passenger door . . . but no paint damage. The Performance Subaru “dent repair” specialist repaired my vehicle successfully for $200.
And the Subaru factory puts a protective sealant on new vehicle ‘tire covers’ before the car is shipped to the dealers. As the sealant wore off, it left a sticky substance on the tire covers that I could not remove easily. I called the service department to ask what I should use to remove the sticky substance, and they suggested that I bring the car in. They cleaned the tire covers and washed my car . . . no charge. (Nice!)
