PAT THOMAS ANTIQUES AND APPRAISALS

She was great from start to finish.  I would definitely use her again.

Ms. Thomas did conduct the sale and did sell some of the items we placed with her. She did finally pay us for the items in accordance with the verbal agreement we had with her. However she did not do so in a timely way and finally only after repeated calls to her.

Although very nice, Ms. Thomas was not very punctual. She changed the time shortly before she was to arrive and then showed up 1/2 hour late for the next scheduled meeting. She was polite and courteous responding to questions as she walked through the house. However, trying to get her report was very unpleasant. Despite being told we would have it in a couple of weeks, it took 6 weeks and that is only because I kept calling. At times we would not get a call back from messages left. Another time her colleague has no record of us and Ms. Thomas was on vacation. Our address was wrong on the report, delaying it even more. When I called to say we hadn't gotten it, she did not believe me and took another week to send another out. The report then referred to "numerous calls from family" which were all directed towards getting it! The report was very detailed and professional although there were a few mistakes (e.g., numbers of chairs, leaves in tables).
