Pat spent two hours going over the inspection report I had received for a property I was selling. He advised me on the costs of repairs etc. He was wonderful. Pat said no cost...what a guy!

He did a very good job at remodeling my bathroom and kitchen as well. He is a subcontractor that does very good work. He is very reasonable price wise. He is also very talented at trim carpentry.
