The service itself wasnt horrible, but it wasn't great either. Of course with a name indicating "No Frills" what should you expect.
The straw that broke the camels back with this lawncare provider was the following:
On the 27th of July, I was out walking around in my backyard. (I don?t often go out in the back.) While out there I observed two spots on the back of my house that were damaged. They are both on the part of the house that sticks out due to my fireplace. They were obviously caused by a large item. There are tire tracks in the mud and dirt below the damage and it is evident that a large wheeled piece of equipment either backed into or ran into my house.
No Frills Lawn Care is the only company that has been in my fenced in backyard. No one in my family, or any visitors, have been out there for months. We have had no one else over for work on the house. Because of this? I am under the logical assumption that No Frills Lawn Care probably caused the damage, when mowing.
I asked them to file an insurance claim with their carrier (since they claim to be insured) or to pay someone to come over to fix the damage. The owner came over and looked at the damage and indicated that he didn't think he caused the damage. Obviously... I have no recourse except to tell others of my experience. I can't prove that they did it... but I feel it is more than highly likely.
I have multiple pictures of the dmage and everyone that has seen it (with the exception of the owner of No Frills Lawn Care) has the same take on the situation as me.
