The service went fine. They were really nice and professional.

Max was easy to deal with and did everything he said he would do. We were under a tight deadline for the sale of our home and he did all the work quickly and satisfied both buyer and seller.

Their pricing was a very fair one and the people who came out to do the work were excellent. They were professional and worked really long days and hours. They were very thorough and did a great job. I have recommended them to a bunch of neighbors to use.

They arrived when they said they would and completed the work a day ahead of schedule. We received another estimate and Max's pricing was almost the same as the 2nd quote.

The kind old gentleman and quot;Mackand quot;, as he is called, is actually a thief! He stole $350 of my money and refused to perform the services he agreed to perform. He removed siding from my house, tore out rotten siding, and then asked for $ to purchase the materials to repair and replace my siding. I stupidly gave him $350 (the amount he asked for) and then for the next 5 days he refused to come and do the work on my house. He told me later that he needed rent money and that the money was already spent!
I called him and he would not answer his phone. I later discovered that he had been arrested several times for various crimes.
DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I still see him from time to time and he promises to refund my money, but he never does. He lies about what he will do and then will not follow through. I still have a hole in my house because of the unfinished work.

Ok with the exception of porch furniture mentioned above.

He has done our gutter installation and exterior painting. He automatically follows up with gutter cleaning. We don't have to call him because he comes out and does the work. He also cleans up after himself. He comes out at least once a year, which we appreciate since we travel. We consider that a plus, but some people might not. We don't have to hunt down somebody to clean our gutters because he offers it. I've always had some dealings with him over the phone, and he has always come out the same day or the next day. He does a good job and his behavior is professional. We have also referred him to other people.

Overall, my experience with them was excellent. They did a very good job, and the quality of the work seemed excellent. Their price was reasonable; I do not think it was the lowest bid I got, but it was a very fair bid. The work is holding up pretty well. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a good job. I think everything went well; other than that they charged more than we originally thought they would be charging. Their price was average and their quality was above average. Their responsiveness was excellent and their punctuality was average. Their professionalism was above average. I think I would use them in the future if necessary.

Max came to give an estimate on a Friday and the crew was here to start the work the following Monday. They arrived on time and worked full days for 4 days, completing the work faster than I had expected and doing a very meticulous, professional job.

They were very reasonable compared to others. They were very good. If they made any mistake, they corrected it immediately.

The overall experience was great. Max was able to start earlier than his initially start to date. He and his crew went right to work. More siding had to be replaced than initially anticipated, but Max did not did change his quote. He also agreed to paint the our rocking chairs and stain our children's play set and mailbox post to match our porch and deck without charging extra.

Their price was very reasonable. They were timely, did a good job and were personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did not spill paint over the place. They were very careful and asked questions if they had any doubts. We were quite pleased with them.

My wife and I called Max and he came by within a couple of days to walk through and give us an estimate. He guaranteed his work for 4 years. His crew worked quickly and courteously, and there was always a contact person on site who could get messages to Max while he was supervising other jobs. The prep took a little longer than expected due to some unanticipated carpentry work and a window that was damaged, but Max took responsibility for all aspects of the job and quickly resolved our questions and concerns. He surprised us by replacing a piece of decorative glass in a hanging frame that we had accidentally broken while the crew was working on the house. We live in an historic family home that needed allot of work. Max and his crew met the challenge, and the old house looks great.

Called Max to paint the exterior of the house - he came to give me an estimate the next day (Saturday). On Monday, his crew came and removed the gutters, replaced rotting trim and painted the exterior of the house. They were done in 3 days, the exterior of the house looks terrific, and they left a clean worksite. They even played with the dog. Max did such a great job, I called him back to paint the interior of the house. Working around us and our furniture, his crew did the job in 4 days, including patching flaws in the walls, painting trim and ceilings. (This work was an additional $4000 on top of the cost of the exterior work.)

Max showed up ahead of schedule (after calling to ask if it was OK) with a large crew. They hit the ground running and kept after it for 6.5 consecutive days to complete the job. His crew was extremely efficient, hard working, polite and considerate of surrounding gardens, furnishings, and our dogs.

THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH, HIGH QUALITY JOB. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, THEY WOULD HAVE ANSWERED IT FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Max's Professional Painting was really great. The crew was very professional and did a great job. They even cleaned all of the windows. I would recommend them.
