MARVIN WINDOW & DOOR SHOWCASE

We had an excellent experience. David provided us with good information about our options prior to purchasing the doors. The options included not using his services. When we decided what we wanted David walked us through the process of ordering and installing the doors. David arranged for the installers and was there on the day they installed the doors. He was there to complete the installation. The doors look great and are a great product. We highly recommend David and the Marvin doors.

I was looking for quality doors, but more importantly, quality installation and service. I'd already replaced one patio door with a different contractor; that work was poor quality and the door itself had been damaged, most likely during installation. So I was thrilled to find Window and Door Showcase of NC. My needs and preferences were discussed, the existing openings were carefully measured, and the order was placed. Everything was fully explained and all commitments were met. All of my concerns were accommodated. Everyone was great to work with at every step of the way. I'm thrilled with the doors in every way and they were expertly installed. I did change my mind about a couple of items and Window and Door Showcase of NC made it very easy to make the changes. I am very happy with the product and service I received and plan to use them again when it's time to replace the windows or other doors. I highly recommend this excellent company and their products. I couldn't be happier!

We met at the showroom to look at the product first , then David came out and measured. He also delivers them himself once they arrive. A contractor installed the French doors/sliders and breakfast room windows ( major termite damage requiring an overhaul of our breakfast room) but my husband has stained and installed the rest. We have not had a problem with any of our new windows!
