 + -1 moreWe are very pleased with our finished project. Mark built what we wanted and took care of all issues that invariably come up in a construction project. The project took longer than originally quoted. But since we've had three different remodeling projects in the past 5 years, the timing was within our expectations. Mark billed us what he quoted with a little rebate that wasn't spent. I will call Mark again if we have another project.
Description of Work: Madix Construction built out approximately 1100 sq ft of our walk-out basement into two areas: a living suite with bath, bedroom, walk-in closet, and living room and a large family room, another bath, and a library/media room. Structural changes had to be made, plumbing had to be added beyond what was originally subbed, and a heating/ac unit installed. He also created a tile back-splash in our upstairs kitchen.
