Purchased customer furniture for a new home. Ordered on March 28th. Received June 2. All 3 pieces looked great and were delivered ontime (within their several hour window) and professionally. That evening once i had a chance to relax, the back cushions would not stay up and folded under when you sat down. I contacted Lazboy and the store referred me to their customer service 800 number. I called the number after a few minutes wait, the representative was efficient and provided a time for someone to come look at the couch. Unfortunately they give you several hour window to wait. The representative was in the house less than 5 minutes and agreed additional fibers were needed for the couch and informed us to watch for UPS to deliver several boxes of fiber. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I contacted the Lazboy Customer Service 800 number and was told that the FIBER FILL would be shipped by July 16th. Which is approximately 6 weeks from the request. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I contacted the local store (Glenwood) where I purchased the furniture (the sales staff that sold me the furniture are no longer there). There is no manager on staff at this store. Recommended to call the Cary store to speak with Manager Joe. Joe transferred me to his Customer Care Rep. She informed me that many items were on back order and that there was nothing she could do to help. A furniture manufacturer with no fiber fill? A 6 week backorder to fix a problem? From the time of order to the planned ship date is 16 weeks. There are many other choices for quality furniture this is not where I would recommend.

We decided late on a Sunday afternoon to shop for chairs. We had two old recliners badly in need of replacement before the holidays. I looked all over the internet for styles, etc. but didn't find anything I liked. I saw LaZBoy's selection on line, was able to pick out various fabrics and see how they looked on the chairs I was considering, and the website was great. I called and spoke with Justin, the sales manager, he told me they did indeed have in stock many of the chairs I was considering and that they would be open for a few more hours. We went right there, he met us, showed us the chairs we were interested in, called around to find a mate to the one we liked, wrote up the order and we were out of there within 45 minutes. The delivery service called early the next day to say that they would phone in 3 days when they were on their way. They called at 10:30, said they were 11 minutes away and within 15 more minutes, had the chairs delivered. We couldn't be happier and will always go there for future furniture needs. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
