Julie Amos - Coldwell Banker

Julie was the NC realtor for our move from New Jersey to NC.  She was
excellent.  She interviewed us for about an hour or so to find out what
we were looking for in a house.  Then she found about 2 dozen for our
next visit.  We went through the list and visited several.  This allowed
her to figure out what we really wanted even though we had described
what we wanted.  When we saw what "we wanted" we realized we wanted
something a bit different.  She walked us through this self
realization!  We then saw about a dozen or so more homes and found a
lovely one that met 95% of our criteria.  It was a short sale which was
painful but which was exceedingly well handled by Julie and Coldwell
Banker which seems to have set up a system to expedite these as much as
possible.  We used several other suggested services (handyman, utilities
etc.) that she suggested and it went very well.  The entire purchase,
which was long because of the short sale, was excellently handled and
went without any problems.  It went so well in fact that we purchased a
piece of property nearby through Julie about 2 months later. The fees for
the purchases were the standard for purchase at 6%.
