This was a perfect example of how things should go.
I contacted John to schedule the work. He came to look at the chimney and gave me a quote immediately. I told him to go ahead and do the work. He got in touch to schedule the work and did it right away. He provided photos of the finished work and I paid him. PERFECT!

I have used him before. He has done some room repair for me. He put up shelving and organizing system in my garage. He put in some lighting outside of my house. He repaired my front door. He has always been good.

John is very handy, seasoned, and professional. What I also appreciate is that he will tell you when he cannot do a job, if he feels it's out of his scope. His prices are a little higher than a run-of-the-mill handyman, but his work is far superior It is easy to contact him via phone or email, and he quickly sends invoices for his work. He shows up on time and only charges for the time he has worked, for example if he has to leave for a part or something. Every project we have had him complete has come out quite well, and he has found some smart solutions to problems in our difficult home. I would not and will not hesitate to call on him many times in the future!
